We build individual houses and duplexes for families in Coimbatore and the Nilgiris. The work starts with a soil test and a plan drawn for your plot, and the price is set by an itemised BoQ before anything is built. Our engineers inspect each stage, from footings to finishing, before the next one begins.

From first call to finished work
Site visit and brief
We visit the plot, talk through the rooms you need and how you live, and note access, levels and drainage.

We draw the plan and elevation, then price the work in an itemised BoQ so you can see what is included.
Approval and agreement
We help with the approval drawings and application, and the agreement records the scope, schedule and stage payments.
Construction and handover
Our engineers check each stage before the next begins, and we walk through the finished house with you at handover.

What does house construction with Prasanth Associates include?
The agreed scope can cover design, approval drawings, foundation and structure, waterproofing, electrical and plumbing, flooring and finishes. How long does it take to build a house?
The programme depends on the design, building size, approval process, access and site conditions. Hill projects also need planning around weather-dependent work. Ask for a site-specific schedule that records these assumptions and the decisions needed from you. Dates on completed case studies describe those projects, rather than a standard duration for every house.
Do you build houses in Ooty and the Nilgiris?
Yes. We build houses across Coimbatore and the Nilgiris, including Ooty, Coonoor, Kotagiri and Gudalur. Our head office is in Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, and our branch is on Ooty Main Road, Gudalur. For hill plots, discuss levels, drainage, access and the permissions applicable to the site before settling the design. Our Gudalur residence is a completed local example.
