A factory building has to suit the work done inside it. We plan the layout around your production flow, design foundations for the machines you will install, and specify floors for the loads and traffic they will carry. We build both RCC factory buildings and pre-engineered steel sheds, with drainage and fire protection planned in.

We look at your production flow, the machines you will install and their weights, and any crane or storage needs.

We design the layout, the shed or RCC frame, the machine foundations and the floor for those loads.

The work is priced in an itemised BoQ with a written schedule, so you can plan installation and start-up.
Build and handover
Our engineers supervise the work, including foundations and floors, and hand over the building ready for fit-out.

What does factory construction include?
Pre-engineered building (PEB) sheds and RCC factory buildings, machinery foundations, heavy-duty industrial flooring, drainage, and fire protection networks. We plan the layout around your production flow and the loads your machines put on the floor.
What should I send for a factory or shed quote?
The plot size and location, the floor area and clear height you need, the type of machinery and its approximate weight, crane requirements if any, and your target start date. A site visit then confirms soil and access before we prepare the estimate.
Do you build factories outside Coimbatore?
Yes, across Coimbatore and the Nilgiris. Our head office is in Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, and our branch is on Ooty Main Road, Gudalur.
